DESCRIPTION:You are invited to an intimate and immersive\, heart-centered ceremony honoring the energy of the Summer Solstice — a time of radiance\, manifestation\, and expansion. \n\nWe will begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual\, opening the heart and connecting us to the earth and each other\nGuided into a hypnotic manifestation meditation\, you’ll journey inward while bathed in the harmonics of Himalayan singing bowls — amplifying clarity\, creativity\, and vision.\nWe’ll then move into a deeply restorative gong bath\, allowing the body to release and the subconscious to integrate.\nSpace will be held for reflection\, journaling\, and sharing\, anchoring your intentions in community and ceremony.\n\nThis is a soulful invitation to pause\, receive\, and align with the light within and around you. Open to 12 participants only. \nNo prior meditation or hypnosis experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, and anything else you feel you will need to be comfortable. Also bring water\, a pen\, and a journal.
