DESCRIPTION:This ceremonial journey is an invitation to soften\, listen\, and reconnect with the innate wisdom of the heart as we connect to the energy of Spring awakening and growth. \n\nWe will begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual\, opening the heart and connecting us to the earth and each other\nGuided into meditation\, you’ll journey inward while bathed in the harmonics of Himalayan singing bowls — amplifying clarity\, creativity\, and vision.\nWe’ll then move into a deeply restorative gong bath\, allowing the body to release and integrate.\nSpace will be held for reflection\, journaling\, and sharing\, anchoring your intentions in community and ceremony.\n\nThis is a soulful invitation to pause\, receive\, and align with the light within and around you. Open to 12 participants only. \nNo prior meditation is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, and anything else you feel you will need to be comfortable.
