Allow the harmonic sound of Himalayan Singing Bowls to take you to a space of deep peach and relaxation. We will start with a guided meditation/relaxation and move into the sound healing as we restore the normal vibratory frequencies of dis-eased and out-of-harmony parts of the body through the sonic waves of Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Please find a comfortable space to lay down with support of pillows and blankets and let yourself drift into a space of deep relaxation and peace. It is helpful to wear a good quality headphones receive the sound healing.
