Jyoti Yoga is an open-level, Ayurvedically inspired embodiment practice that weaves together asana, pranayama, and meditation. Rooted in somatic awareness and the breath, the practice supports harmony of body, mind, and spirit while inviting presence, adaptability, and ease through life’s natural rhythms.
This is both online and in person class. You will receive a zoom link 30 minutes before each class. Drop in registrations available. Drop in ticket sales end 1 hour before class start time.
Recording of each class is available for replay for 7 days after live class.
