Introduction Level I
The Level I course will focus on use, history, and application of the Himalayan singing bowls as played for yourself and others utilizing one-two bowls
- History of Atma Buti® School, Suren Shrestha & the Himalayan bowls
- Chakra system basics
- Playing the bowl – Rubbing & Striking
- Personal healing & healing for others with 1-2 singing bowls
- How to conduct a healing session
- How to buy & care for singing bowls
- Practice work with the singing bowls
No previous sound healing or any healing modality experience required. This training is appropriate for those who want to learn how to bring in sound healing for themselves or pursue the path of becoming a certified sound healing practitioner in the Atma Buti® Method of Sound Healing.
Investment: $631 (Includes manual & book). Cost of singing bowls and other tools are separate.
Schedule: Saturday/Sunday November 7/8, 9:30am-5:30 pm (1 hour lunch and breaks included)
