Restore balance and harmony in the body through the resonant sonic waves of Himalayan Singing Bowls and the gentle use of gongs.
This group sound healing experience is designed to support deep relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation. Participants will rest in a supported supine position while a series of sound healing protocols are offered to encourage the body to settle, soften, and restore its natural rhythms.
The bowls will be played both around and, at times, gently on the body to enhance the immersive and embodied experience. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and avoid garments with exposed buttons or zippers.
Please bring your own props, including a yoga mat, pillows or bolsters, and blankets, to ensure your comfort throughout the session.
